Shipping and Delivery

The majority of orders placed with CRC will ship within 24 hours of receipt.  If you have provided us with your current email address you will receive an order confirmation shortly after completing your purchase.  Once your order is processed and released for shipping you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will include tracking information from the shipping carrier.

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on the rate table shown below. Orders may be shipped via US Postal Service, UPS or a combination of these services. Standard transit time is 3-5 business days but may take longer depending on carrier delays. Custom Rod Components, LLC assumes no responsibility for late or delayed packages.

If you are an international purchaser, please consult with your local postal service and customs for information on any fees for your country. Prices and fees are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Not all of our products can be shipped to all destinations. We will also accept your order via email or mail. Please contact customer service at if you have any questions.

Retail merchandise purchases valued at $149.00 or more receive FREE standard ground shipping (NOTE: this shipping promotion is for retail customers only, the promotion does not apply to wholesale customers). FREE shipping is valid to shipments deliverable in the continental USA only. Oversize packages may require additional shipping fees. Not valid on prior orders.

Standard Shipping Rates

The above shipping rate table is applicable only to orders mailed within the continental United States.  Orders mailed outside the continental United States are subject to additional shipping and/or handling fees.

Oversize Package Policy

The shipping rate table above does not apply to oversized items.  An item is considered oversize if its packaging is longer than 48 inches.  Those items could include but are not limited to rod blanks or power wrappers.  For oversize items, an additional shipping fee will be added.  These additional rates are reflected in the table below.  NOTE: for purposes of calculating item length, multi-piece rod blanks are measured by the size of the pieces when they are disassembled; example: a 2-piece 7ft rod blank is not considered oversized because it is less than 48in disassembled.

Order Changes

Should you wish to change your order once it has been submitted please contact us directly at or via phone at (904) 399-5767.  Once your order has been packed for shipment it cannot be changed.

Custom Rod Components, LLC reserves the right to change its shipping and/or product prices at any time without prior notice. 

Additional Shipping Policies:

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping is only available to deliveries made within the continental United States.


Should your purchase include a backordered item or items those items will be shipped to you at no additional cost as soon as they become available.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to the email address you provided when you checked out.  This email will contain instructions on how to track your package.

Signature Upon Receipt

Our carriers require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500.  Please make every effort to be available for delivery if your order is greater than $500.  Our carriers will make up to 3 attempts to deliver a package to you before sending it back to Custom Rod Components, LLC.  Should you miss either of the first two attempts carriers may give you the option to pick it up at your convenience from their local location.  Should this be necessary do not contact Custom Rod Components, LLC, contact the carrier directly and coordinate a pick-up with them.  Custom Rod Components, LLC assumes no responsibility for extra shipping charges incurred as a result of a failure to sign upon delivery.
