Rod Component and Supply Warranties (excluding blanks)
Should a product arrive to you in defective condition please contact us. It is the job of our team to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and the service you received.
In some circumstances, it may be necessary for us to look at the component to determine if a warranty claim exists. In such instances it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ship the component back to CRC. If a valid warranty claim exists that shipping amount will be refunded to the purchaser and a replacement component or supply will be shipped.
Rod Blank Warranties
Should a rod blank arrive to you in a defective condition please contact us.
In most circumstances involving a rod blank warranty we will need to visually inspect the rod blank before making a warranty determination. In such cases, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ship the rod blank back to CRC. If a valid warranty claim exists that shipping amount will be refunded to the purchaser and a replacement blank will be shipped.
To ship a defective rod blank in the most economical fashion you may cut the blank in order to fit it into a smaller package. In such cases DO NOT cut the defective section. In order for your warranty claim to be valid, the entire defective section of the blank must remain intact.
